Have you ever wanted to be in the band, but don’t play an instrument?

Have you always wanted to be a band groupie?

Here is your chance to fulfill your dream, and help the Nevada County Concert Band.

Become one of our Band Hands!

The volunteer program for the band has many wonderful opportunities.

You can provide help behind the scenes, or you can be an integral part of our concert experience.

Plus you’ll get to wear our awesome Band Hands t-shirts whenever you volunteer.

We are seeking volunteers to fill these bigger positions.

• Volunteer coordinator

• Stage manager

• Fundraising manager

• Marketing manager

• Public relations manager

• Social media assistant

Perhaps you have a different interest or expertise that could benefit the band.

• Photographer

• Videographer

• Greeters/program passers

• Music library helper

• Concert shuttle and parking crew

• Theme committee

• Fundraising team

• Band Store helper

• Scholarship committee

• Social/hospitality committee

• Historian

• Roadies (as needed at events)

• Whatever is needed (we love these people!)

Once you are on our Band Hands list, we’ll contact you when there’s something specific to do.

When contacted, you can decide if you can help out for a specific date or activity.

Plus if you are wearing your Band Hands t-shirt and we need something done, we know just who to ask!
